If you're assistant armrest won't lock in place, you may need a new ratchet.  Please note, if your assistant stool was purchased before 2016, we recommend you call in and speak to a rep as the older armrest pads will not fit this ratchet and we will have to explore a different route.

  • Shipping

    Shipping is $75 per chair in the continental US. Hawaii, PR, Canada are $100 per chair. International shipping available per request and customized shipping quotes are available as well.

  • Returns

    RGP will swap any item within 30 days of receipt for another item with only the cost difference being due to the customer. If a refund is due back RGP will credit the customer as well. RGP will also take back any item within 30 days that is in new condition for a full refund, minus the initial shipping fee to get the item to your location.
