RGP has always been a firm believer in allowing our customers to try our products in their office. How else will you know if the chair is the right choice for you other than actually using it in your own environment?

All RGP purchases come with our 30 Day Sale on Approval program. Once the product(s) arrive at your location, you will have a full 30 day trial run. At the end of that trial run, if you are unhappy or unsatisfied for any reason, RGP will pay the return shipping to get the products back to our facility and we will refund your money in full, minus the initial shipping fee(s) that you pay to get the products out to your location initially.

RGP also allows a one time swap option on all stools purchased. We'd much rather absorb the cost of sending you another stool on our dime, as opposed to losing you as a customer altogether. One of our experienced sales associates will work with you to determine what you didn't like about the original purchase and what we can do or offer to fix that. Whether it be sending you a different seat cushion, a taller cylinder, the components to add more seat tilt, or just a completely different stool altogether, RGP will work hard to maintain your buinsess. We allow 1 swap per stool and we cover all shipping fees to get the new stool out to you and to get the existing stool back to us. (customer is responsible for any cost difference on stool swaps)

All RGP Chairs come with our Lifetime Warranty on all mechanical components. This ironclad warranty includes the Hydraulic mechanism that allows your chair to tilt and go up and down. It also covers things like the cylinders, casters, and other functional components on the stools themselves.

All upholstered pieces and accessories such as arm supports and foot rings, come with our 3 year warranty.

RGP doesn't cover rips and tears or stains on upholstery but replacing upholstery pieces is very easy should you need to do this in the future. Simply purchase the pad or pads that are needed, and we send them to you to swap out right there in your office in 2 minutes or less.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees on any warranty items.

Let's face it, mistakes happen. In the midst of producing and shipping thousands of chairs each year we are occassionally going to make an error. Perhaps the wrong color was sent or you are missing a part that was ordered. RGP has always strived to correct our mistakes immediately and in doing so we've gained a lot of loyal customers in the process.

Customers who may be new to the ergonomic seating game, may simply assume that RGP can't match their color because the colors in their office are "too unusual" or perhaps customers may think the colors are "too outdated."

You'd be surprised to know that RGP has a roughly 98% success rate when it comes to matching fabrics and colors.

The reason is that we use the same material suppliers that your big players such as Adec, Benco, Belmont and others use. So there is a very strong chance that we can find the exact match to your color!

In the rare instance where RGP cannot match the color, we have other options for you. Such as a nice contrasting neutral shade or an earth tone to pull in some of the decor of your walls and floors.
