Need a new chair cylinder? Want to change the height on one of your stools? This is the part you need. RGP provides instructions with our cylinders and also has a service video available to demonstrate the change out process. Customers have been successfully changing cylinders since the creation of RGP and it's typically a very smooth process. Please see the general sizes of our cylinders below...
People 5'3 and under would typically go with our short cylinder on a 400-D and 400-Hybrid Stool. The Saddle Stool styles we would recommend those 5'3 and under to go with our standard cylinder because these style seats promote more of a downward leg angle so a short cylinder is typically too short on saddle stools.
People 5'4 to 6'5 would typically go with our standard cylinder on a 400-D and 400-Hybrid. For saddle style stools, people 5'4 to 6'5 would typically use our tall cylinder because these style seats promote more of a downward leg angle so a standard cylinder is typically too short for this group of people on saddle stools.

Shipping
Shipping is $75 per chair in the continental US. Hawaii, PR, Canada are $100 per chair. International shipping available per request and customized shipping quotes are available as well.

Returns
RGP will swap any item within 30 days of receipt for another item with only the cost difference being due to the customer. If a refund is due back RGP will credit the customer as well. RGP will also take back any item within 30 days that is in new condition for a full refund, minus the initial shipping fee to get the item to your location.
