If the use of RGP’s stools is found to be medically necessary to permit an employee to perform his or her Job related functions, a tax credit may be available.  Please download the attached information and provide to your tax advisor. Your tax advisor would be able to assist you in determining your eligibility.

The use of RGP’s stools , in combination with its articulating shoulder supports, have allowed some purchasers to either offer the use of the stool to employees or potential employees interviewing for a position. Some of these customers have applied for and obtained a tax credit.
